Several mass performances, based on compositions by John Cage, will mark the official start of the CAGE100 festival. The first concert is called "Musicircus", and involves 100 musicians and lay people. Visitors are welcome to watch or join the musical and artistic proceedings for the duration of the 40-minute performance. Later, we will present a performance of "Les Chants de Maldoror" for 100 speakers; this will be the German premiere of Cage’s work.

Additionally, the pieces "Fontana Mix" and "Telephones and Birds" (and more) will be performed as part of the exhibition "Opening Spaces for Action".
